Your information,
when you reach out.

This website introduces RDK’s remodeling services and connects you with our video intake and phone assistant.

Project inquiries and video intake

The contact forms and video buttons use FormVue. The contact form collects your name and phone number before continuing to your video intake. On a computer, FormVue sends a link to your phone. Information you choose to provide through that service, including contact details, project details, photos, and video, is handled by FormVue and made available to RDK for your project inquiry. Review FormVue’s privacy policy for information about its service.

Website and referral information

The FormVue embed receives page and device context and may receive advertising referral parameters from your visit. These help connect an inquiry with the page or campaign that brought you here. The website does not run a separate RDK contact form.

Advertising measurement

This website uses the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel to measure visits that come from our ads and actions taken on these pages, such as tapping the phone number, opening the video intake, requesting a video link by text, or successfully submitting your contact details. Google and Meta may set cookies and receive page, device, and browser information for this purpose. Their privacy policies describe how they use it: Google and Meta. You can adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

Improving these pages

On our bathroom, kitchen, and deck pages, we use PostHog to understand where visitors start or leave the inquiry process. This includes form interactions, successful and failed submissions, button clicks, page sections viewed, and session replay with form inputs masked and the contact forms hidden from replay. PostHog may use browser storage and receive device and approximate location information. We do not send your name, phone number, email, address, or project description in our custom analytics events. See PostHog’s privacy policy.

We also retain campaign tags in your browser for up to 30 days and advertising click identifiers for up to 90 days. This lets FormVue associate a later inquiry with the ad that brought you here. Clearing your browser’s site data removes that stored attribution.

Phone calls

Calls to the number on this site connect to RDK’s voice assistant. Share only the information needed to discuss your project. You can ask the assistant about how the call is handled.
